Buckwheat, rich in high-quality proteins and fiber, activating circulation, useful for the nervous system and for capillary fragility
Teff flour is rich in fiber and an important source of protein, manganese, iron and calcium
Chickpea flour provides fiber, is an excellent source of protein, provides slow release carbohydrates and contains above all magnesium and potassium
