White albacore tuna fillets in organic olive oil

Description

White Tuna Fillets, “Bonito del Norte”, in Organic Olive Oil from Pan do Mar, from controlled and sustainable fishing caught by artisanal coastal fishermen in the Southeast and Central Atlantic.

Indication

Angled fish one by one, cleaned and hand-packed in first cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from certified Spanish organic farming.

Angling, a method recommended by various conservation organizations, prevents discards due to unwanted sizes and of non-commercial or protected species, ensuring the natural stocks necessary for the maintenance of future generations of the species. The non-use of nets is a guarantee for the quality and freshness of the fish used in this product.

This fishing is carried out under the fishing regulations of the European Union, is controlled by ICCAT, (International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tuna) and supervised by the Earth Island Institute, (Dolphin Safe).

Storage conditions

After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
