    I've never tasted such a great vegetable protein, but it's good. I recommend making the soak with some flavored liquid to improve the flavor (soy sauce, tamari, miso, broth...).

    Nunca había probado una proteina vegetal tan grande, pero está buena. Recomiendo hacer el remojo con algún líquido saborizado para mejorar el sabor (salsa de soja, tamari, miso, caldo...).

Salud Viva Coarse Bean and Pea Protein is a tasty and nutritious substitute for meat. Sustainably produced, it provides high-quality vegetarian protein. Intake mode

It is recommended to soak the pieces in vegetable broth or water until softened, about 15 or 20 minutes. It can be used both in stews, and to make skewers, as a substitute for meat.

Precautions

May contain traces of nuts and sesame.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature.
