Description

Natural artichokes represent an excellence of the gastronomic tradition.

Indication

The realization of this typical Apulian product begins in September, in this month the cultivation of the artichoke begins on family farms, and then continues with careful irrigation and monitoring until the precious "artichoke" blooms in spring. Very short supply chain: processing exclusively by hand of a "raw" product and packaging only 8 hours after harvest, allowing you to savor the unmistakable flavor of fresh artichokes, seasoned according to the ancient Apulian recipe.

Intake mode

It is recommended to consume as an aperitif, appetizer or as a condiment for salads, pizzas, bruschetta, first or second courses based on meat or fish.

Precautions

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10 days.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature and away from heat sources.
