Gomasio Original Bio de Lima is appreciated for its flavor and for its high content of phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron.

Indication

It is a mixture of lightly toasted sesame seeds and unrefined sea salt (5%), it is a tasty seasoning with less sodium than salt, it is ideal for sprinkling on salads and cereals.

Intake mode

It is recommended to sprinkle on salads, cereals, stews, vegetables, soups and pasta dishes.
