Description

Bitter Almond Flavor Concentrated gluten-free from Chefdelice, high-quality aroma, suitable for pastry, ice cream and smoothies. They add a "round" flavor to preparations with very little added.

Indication

With a super concentrated food aroma, it provides a delicious flavor in biscuits, muffins, cupcakes, fondant, frosting, cookies, smoothies, ice cream. In addition, it has a stopper with a dropper for easy dosing.

Intake mode

The specific dose for baking is 0.5 g per kg of dough. (2 drops of aroma in a mass of 0.5 Kg approx)

Once the aroma has been added, a correct mixing is carried out so that the aroma is well homogenized in the dough.
