Description
Discover the new chickpea miso from Finestra sul Cielo. A soy-free and unpasteurized miso, made with organic chickpeas, fermented rice and sea salt.
Indication
It is made following traditional Japanese methods and is fermented for 2-3 months, giving it a rich, smooth flavor that combines the sweet taste of chickpeas with the umami flavor of traditional miso.
Very versatile in the kitchen, it can be used to prepare a rich miso soup, vegetable stews, be used as a dressing or even to add a salty touch to a delicious tahini, avocado and chickpea miso toast.
Intake mode
It is recommended to dissolve in a little water and add it at the end of cooking.
