Description
Umeboshi Vinegar from La Finestra Sul Cielo is obtained by filtering the salty vinegar extracted from the maturation of umeboshi. Unpasteurized product.
Indication
It is used as a normal vinegar, which when salted, allows you to finish a salad by adding just a little of this vinegar. It can also be used in vegetable sauces by adding one tablespoon of Tahin, two tablespoons of Umeboshi Vinegar and mix well.
Precautions
May contain traces of soy and gluten.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture.
