Description
Umeboshi vinegar is obtained by filtering the salty vinegar extracted from the ripening of umeboshi. It is used as a normal vinegar, which, being salty, allows you to finish a salad by adding just a little of this vinegar. It can also be used in vegetable sauces by adding a tablespoon of Tahin, two tablespoons of Umeboshi Vinegar and mix well.
Precautions
Produced in a facility that also uses soy and gluten-containing grains.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture.
Ingredients
Ume plum (Prunus mume) (82%), sea salt, Shiso (Perilla frutescens) leaves. Acidity 3.5%.
