It is a delicious and nutritious product that should not be missing in your kitchen, for spreading bread, dressing salads or vegetables, baking biscuits or other pastry products, rounding off your stews or roasts. This oil can be in a liquid or solid state, depending on the ambient temperature, without affecting its nutritional properties, since it is thermostable and does not rust when heated. If you want it to remain in a solid state, keep it in the fridge.
