Gomasio Algas Marinas Bio de Biográ has been produced following a traditional Japanese formula. In Japanese food culture, gomasio is considered an alkalizing food.
Once the sesame grains are selected, they are roasted together with grains of unrefined sea salt. Finally, the mixture is finely ground to favor the intake of the active ingredients of sesame in the form of condiments. Sesame in its natural state provides a large amount of protein, lecithin, unsaturated fatty acids, minerals (calcium and phosphorous).
It is recommended to use as a condiment for salads, soups, pasta, vegetables, sauces and in kitchen dishes in general. Use approx. 1 teaspoon for dessert per individual dish.
Made in a factory that uses dairy products, eggs, gluten, soy, sesame, nuts and celery.
Store in a cool, dry place.
