Description

Probios Barley Miso is a product based on fermented barley, soybeans and sea salt, it is the sweetest miso and most suitable for the preparation of everyday soup.

Intake mode

Its use is recommended in soups, broths, soups and as a base for numerous creams. It gives a slightly salty and full-bodied flavor.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and cold place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 months.

Ingredients

Seasoning based on fermented barley and soybeans. Pasteurized.

Barley (41.5%), soy (41.5%), sea salt, koji (Aspergillus oryzae)
