Terrasana's Arrowroot is a vegetarian, gluten-free Japanese binder, which is made from the root arrow plant. The powder binds soups, sauces, and (hot) desserts effectively, and is neutral in flavor. It is ideal to replace with eggs in sweet baked goods.

Intake mode

It is recommended to thicken soups, sauces, desserts (hot). Dissolve in 250 ml of cold water before adding to the hot liquid.
