Biocop Bio Raw Chia Seeds is a supplement of good source of calcium, fiber and protein with a mild and pleasant flavor.

Indication

Raw chia seeds are rich in essential fatty acids - Omega 3-6-9. Good source of calcium, fiber and protein. Soft and pleasant flavor. They can be consumed whole, ground or preferably soaked in water and subsequently added to liquids or yogurt.Aval: ES-ECO-019

Intake mode

It is recommended to consume raw, soak for a few hours, or ground into flour. A tablespoon is recommended in the morning on an empty stomach and another at night before going to bed. As an external use, it can be used for wraps and poultices, preparing the ground flaxseed mixture with hot water.

Precautions

May contain traces of sesame, soy, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts and lupins.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.
