Satisfying cherry cheescake shakes

Description

Cherry-cheese cake meal replacement smoothie. They are formulated as substitutes for a meal in weight control diets, they are also prepared as an additional supply of nutrients in deficiency states and for people with high nutritional needs such as athletes, the elderly and convalescents.

It contains vitamins A, D, E and K that correspond to fat-soluble (soluble in fat) and water-soluble (soluble in water), such as those of group B, it also contains folic acid and vitamin C; with diverse and important functions in our body since they participate in the formation of hormones, blood cells, chemical substances of the nervous system and genetic material.

Green coffee increases lipolysis and feelings of satiety; likewise, it stimulates the use of fat reserves for energy. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and reduces insulin in the blood, making it a great cardiovascular protector.

Intake mode

Add three tablespoons (50g approximately) to a large glass (250ml) of semi-skimmed milk, stir and drink immediately. Do not boil.

Precautions

Drink 2 liters of water a day. Meal replacements for weight control should be consumed as part of a low calorie diet supplemented with a variety of foods.
