Sotya Saciante Smoothie (Yogurt and Pineapple Flavor) is a dietary supplement designed, well as a meal replacement, in weight loss diets.

Indication

These shakes contain 25% of proteins from milk, vitamins and minerals, either as an additional contribution of nutrients in deficiency states or for people with greater nutritional needs (eg athletes, older people, convalescents, etc). The green coffee extract without caffeine has lipid lowering properties, it increases the metabolism of sugars and fats naturally, without causing nervousness.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take dissolved in water or milk to replace a meal, preferably lunch or dinner, as part of a low calorie diet. It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids, carry out some type of moderate physical activity daily and carry out a regular medical check-up. As an additional contribution of nutrients, these shakes can be taken two or three times a day.
