Description

Optifast® Optifast Caramel Flavor Shake is a meal replacement or total diet that, along with a reduced calorie diet, helps with weight loss or weight maintenance after loss.

Intake mode

Hypocaloric mixed diet: Combining Optifast® with regular foods. Replace 1 or 2 main meals a day with 1 sachet of Optifast® in each of them (1 sachet=1 meal).

Exclusive diet: Replace all meals of the day with Optifast® (4 sachets/day). As a complete diet replacement, Optifast® provides adequate amounts of all essential nutrients for one day.

Remember to maintain an adequate fluid intake. We recommend you drink 2 liters a day.

Preparation mode:

1. Pour the contents of one sachet into 200 ml of hot or cold water (max. 60°C).
2. Mix with a fork or a shaker until completely dissolved.
3. Consume freshly prepared.
4. Throw away the rest of the product that you do not consume if it has been prepared with hot water.

Precautions

Optifast® is recommended to be used under the supervision of a doctor, especially when used as an exclusive diet for more than 3 weeks.

Suitable for adults only, unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place.

Once prepared, it can be kept covered at room temperature and consumed within a maximum period of 6 hours or up to 24 hours if kept in the refrigerator.

Skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower [contain milk proteins]), corn starch, fibers (acacia gum, fructo-oligosaccharides, inulin), minerals (potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, phosphate potassium, sodium chloride, calcium carbonate, ferric pyrophosphate, zinc sulfate, cupric gluconate, manganese sulfate, sodium fluoride, sodium selenite, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide), color (caramel), vitamins (sodium L-ascorbate, Nicotinamide, DL-α-Tocopheryl Acetate, D-Calcium Pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Phylloquinone, Retinyl Acetate, D-Biotin, Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid, Cholecalciferol, Cyanocobalamin), Flavourings, Sweeteners (Aspartame*, acesulfame K).
