Description

Optifast® Protein Plus Shake is a meal replacement with 40% more protein than other Optifast® shakes. This vanilla-flavored meal replacement shake, along with a low-calorie diet, helps you lose weight or maintain it after you've lost it. Its high protein content (28g of protein per sachet) helps preserve muscle mass.

Intake mode

Preparation mode:

1. Pour the contents of one sachet into 200 ml of cold water.

2. Mix with a fork or with a cocktail shaker until completely dissolved. Consume freshly prepared.

Applications:

• Combine this product with usual foods.
• Replace 1 or 2 main meals a day with an envelope in each of them (1 envelope=1 meal).
• Substituting 2 main meals of the day for one sachet in a low-calorie diet helps to lose weight.
• Substituting 1 main meal of the day for a sachet in a low-calorie diet helps maintain the weight that has been reduced.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake. It is recommended to drink 2 liters a day.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.

Consume the freshly prepared product. Optionally, it can be stored at room temperature and consumed within a maximum period of 4 hours or up to 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.
