Tigernut horchata without added sucrose

Description

Terra i Xufa concentrated horchata is the first tiger nut horchata made with organic tigernuts grown in the Valencian orchard. It is the bottled horchata that is closest to natural horchata, since when mixed with water we obtain a horchata with the same components as freshly made horchata.

Terra i Xufa horchata is made with fructose instead of sugar, and does not contain any type of preservative, since the concentration itself helps maintain all the nutritional properties of fresh horchata: Heart-healthy and antioxidant due to its high content of oleic acids and folate and phytosterols, helping to maintain blood cholesterol levels. / Contains 1% protein and essential amino acids such as arginine, precursor of prolactin. / High content of soluble vegetable fiber, so it can prevent intestinal function disorders, and even helps prevent colon cancer. It has a prebiotic effect, and facilitates the digestion of Carbohydrates. / Rich in minerals, highlighting phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, and vitamins E and C. / 0% lactose, 0% gluten, 100% vegetable.

Indication

Terra i Xufa horchata can be consumed both hot and cold. It is an ideal substitute for other animal and vegetable milks, at breakfast or snack, and accompanying coffee or cereals. It is also an ideal ingredient to give a special touch in the kitchen. Replace milk with horchata in your favorite recipes, and make amazing milkshakes, flans, custard, biscuits, hot chocolate...

Intake mode

Mix 1 part horchata with 4 parts very cold water. Stir well before serving. Serve very cold.

Storage conditions

2 years at room temperature. Keep in a cool and dry place, and away from sunlight. 3 months refrigerated once the container is opened. Once the horchata is prepared, it must be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3 days of its preparation.
