This drink will give you a nice boost during the whole diet protocol to bring you to the end of the program with taste and without complaining about hunger. This drink is prepared in just over a minute. Enjoy it hot or cold, it will be delicious in all ways. Just add the contents of the sachet to the water and shake. You can heat the preparation or add less water and put in the refrigerator, to create a real pudding.
