maximum impact of its activity on the environment.
It relies on a network of a hundred farmers located in large production areas: Aquitaine but also Brittany, Landes, Savoie, Dauphiné, Rhône…
These local players are scrupulously attached to the quality of their products grown without fertilizers or pesticides and picked when ripe.
