Description
Alce Nero roasted and ground mocha barley is a product that, thanks to the natural absence of caffeine, is a good substitute for coffee and added to milk or vegetable drinks represents an ideal alternative for breakfast.
Alce Nero organic mocha barley is made using only barley grown in Italy . Moka barley grinding is suitable for mocha and filter machines.
Barley mocha properties:
Barley is a minor cereal that is very useful for maintaining biodiversity. The kernels of this variety are easily deprived of the husk with the threshing process and can therefore be used in integral form.
Alce Nero Barley is 100% Italian , grown mainly in the hilly areas of the Marche region.
According to the organic regulation, no synthetic treatment is applied and only organic fertilizers are used that avoid soil impoverishment and water pollution. The barley produced is sown with the rotation method so as not to exploit the soil and is harvested with the classic method of mechanical threshing.
