Organic "almond flower" almond milk

Description

La Mandorle Almond Milk is obtained from partially defatted almonds from the pressing of whole almonds, to obtain a single nutrient concentrate.

Indication

To make its Almond Milk, La Mandorle has rigorously selected its fruits: harvested in the heart of the Mediterranean Basin, our almonds come from ancestral varieties and grown in a preserved ecosystem. In the same concern for the preservation of the environment, we have chosen to exclude any origin from California since the overexploitation of these almonds threatens in particular the balance of the flora and fauna of this region. Thus, all the almonds used for La Mandorle products come directly from Sicily or Spain. Almonds are also very rich in minerals, such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and manganese. Thanks to the patented process, these micronutrients are preserved.

Intake mode

It is recommended between 10 g and 15 g of powdered almond milk per 100 ml of water. Pour the powdered ingredients into a bowl. Mix. Add liquids, including water, to reconstitute the almond milk.
