Description
Awakening of the Buddha with Maca and Vanilla from Iswari is a mixture for smoothies or porridge, to take for breakfast or a snack. It is prepared instantly, it can be done in a matter of minutes just by adding water or with your favorite vegetable drink.
High content of phosphorus and magnesium.
Indication
Excellent nutritional contribution, due to its ingredients:
- Ground Chia Seeds and Ground Flax Seeds : the richest vegetable sources of Omega 3 and 6.
- Powdered Maca Root that has traditionally been used for energy and stamina.
- Llucuma powder, which is a sweet and nutritious fruit with all the vitamin B complex, especially vitamin B3 or Niacin. Rich in minerals and slow burning carbohydrates.
- Ground almond and ground buckwheat.
- Coconut sugar that is a sweet, low-glycemic and healthier alternative to sugar.
Intake mode
- Porridge : 4 tablespoons in 90ml of water or milk/vegetable drink and mix.
- Smoothie : 3 tablespoons in 250 ml of water or milk/vegetable drink, add banana, berries or raw oat sprouts and blend.
- Yogurt : 2 tablespoons in 125 ml of yogurt and mix.
