Description
Tempeh-kin are the spores of the Rhizopus Oryzae that are specifically used to make tempeh. This variety of spore produces a large amount of white mycelium which makes it easy to get a good tempeh.
Intake mode
It is recommended to make it, you have to grow these spores on cooked soybeans or any other substrate you want. 3 g of spores per 600 g of dry soybeans.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place
