Indication

Source of vitamins A, B1, B2 and C. Rich especially in potassium, sodium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Due to its iodine content, it is not recommended in cases of thyroid disorder. It has remineralizing and detoxifying properties. Regenerates the quality of the blood. Intake mode

It is recommended to immerse in water with a little salt for 10 minutes. When hydrated, it increases 4 times its dry weight. Cook: approximately 10-15 minutes.
