Description
Agar-agar seaweed is perfect for thickening puddings, desserts and jellies and can be found in stick, flake or strip form. In 100% compostable container, without plastic.
Intake mode
To accompany salads or vegetables, put the seaweed in water for 20 minutes, drain and season to taste. For gelatin, add 15 grams of agar-agar to one liter of liquid, boil for 15 minutes and pour over the preparation. Wait for it to cool down.
