Description
Alga Nori Japan from Mimasa, its leaves are elongated with very fine, almost transparent edges, with a gelatinous texture.
Indication
Nori seaweed contains a large amount of vitamins: 8 times more vitamin A than spinach, almost twice as much vitamin B1 as pork, 7 times more vitamin B2 than eggs, and about three times as much vitamin C as oranges. . It is important to note that it is the algae with the highest amount of vitamin A.
Intake mode
