Description
Probios kombu seaweed has a brown color, is hand-picked and dried at a low temperature (within 38C °). Its texture is fleshy and crunchy, with a strong flavor.
Indication
Kombu seaweed belongs to a complete line of certified organic seaweeds hand-picked in Europe. All references are guaranteed gluten-free.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use it in small quantities and sporadically: for example once a week, per person. Rehydrated and cooked for 20 minutes: as a side dish for main courses. Rehydrated and added as an ingredient in cooking: soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, cous cous. Excellent to add when cooking legumes. Rehydration: 1) Soak in water for 20 minutes. 2) Drain and remove excess water. 3) Soak in clean water for 20 minutes. 4) Drain and remove excess water. 5) The weight of the seaweed increases 7 times.
