Description

Kombu has a very mild flavor and a thick, meaty texture.

Intake mode

It is recommended to let it boil for 10-15 minutes in water with a little salt before use. It can be used to dress rice, stews, soups, croquettes or sandwiches. They can be lightly roasted in the oven, in order to enhance their flavor, and then pound them in a mortar to obtain a delicious sauce.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature, maximum shelf life 2 years.
