Description
Kombu from La Finestra Sul Cielo are an important component in a healthy, complete and balanced diet since they bring in particular a great wealth of mineral salts along with many other nutrients. They have been known and used as a health food for thousands of years all over the world. The Japanese seaweed that we offer is collected and processed according to traditional methods that preserve its flavor together with the nutrients. Kombu seaweed of dark green color, hard consistency, of Japanese origin. Excellent in soups and for cooking legumes.
Intake mode
It is recommended to leave them to soak and then cook them for about 10 minutes. Drain and add them while cooking vegetable stews, tofu and seitan. Also excellent to use when cooking legumes.
