Description
La Finestra sul Cielo Hijiki Seaweed is a dark green algae that grows on rocks. Once cooked, they are a delicious addition to salads.
Indication
They can be combined with raw or cooked vegetable dishes.
Intake mode
It is recommended to consume once a week. Rinse well and soak in water for approx. 20 minutes. Drain and cut the hijiki into 3-4 cm pieces. Sauté with vegetables or boil 15 minutes before adding to salads.
Precautions
May contain traces of soybeans, gluten-containing cereals, shellfish and molluscs.
