Description
Dulse is a typical red algae, harvested by hand and dried at low temperature. It is cartilaginous and has a typical crustacean flavor. This product is naturally rich in iodine, it is recommended to use it in small amounts and sporadically.

Dulse seaweed is one of a complete line of certified organic seaweed hand-harvested in Europe. All references are guaranteed gluten-free.
Intake mode
It is recommended rehydrated and added as an ingredient in cooking: soups, stews, croquettes, tortillas, pasta, rice, cous cous.
Rehydration: 1) Soak in water for 5 minutes. 2) Drain and remove excess water. 3) Soak in clean water for 5 minutes. 4) Drain and remove excess water. 5) The weight of the algae increases 7 times.
