Description

Dulse de Algamar Algae is one of the most suitable algae to taste raw or in soups, due to its delicate flavor and aroma.

Indication

Already known to the ancient Celts, it avoided scurvy for sailors due to its richness in vitamin C. It also stands out for its proteins and for an exceptional potassium content. Its reddish color gives a reddish tone to salads and fast dishes, even without previously demolishing it.

Intake mode

It is recommended to eat raw or cooked.
Raw: Cut and soak for 2 minutes, clean if there are shells and add to the salad.
Cooked: For soups and quick dishes, just bleach or add at the end. Vegetables, oat soup, pasta, couscous, tortilla, polenta, millet, quinoa.

Precautions

If the white color appears in the algae, it is due to its own salts, which act as natural preservatives.

Storage conditions

Keep in a closed bag.
