Indication

It controls uric acid, since it does not contain purines (substances present in some foods that can cause gout attacks). Improves circulation. Regulates blood pressure by having potassium, can prevent rheumatism. Helps muscle development due to its amount of protein. Reduce fatigue. Helps intestinal transit due to its high fiber content. Reduces nervous problems such as insomnia, anxiety or stress.

Intake mode

It is recommended to add 1 or 2 spoons in your salads, yogurts, broths and juices.

Precautions
