Cous Cous White Wheat Bio from Biocop elaborated with precooked durum wheat semolina of superior quality. It can be taken both cold in salads such as tabbouleh or hot accompanied by vegetables, chickpeas, etc.

Indication

Biocop ensures the ethical provenance of its products, supporting local production and fair trade. All the products are certified as organic farming and have passed the food safety controls of the European Union.

Intake mode

It is recommended to put in a container 60 g of cous cous per serving approximately. Add equal volume of hot water, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Peel the cous cous with the help of a fork. If you prefer, you can lightly toast the couscous first.
