    I love cous cous but due to my gluten sensitivity I stopped eating it until I discovered this option. I like it a lot but yes, you have to take into account the flavor of buckwheat.

Description

100% buckwheat cous cous. Protein source with essential amino acids, rich in minerals ... delicious and very easy to prepare.

Indication

Better digestibility than the same product with gluten. Being an ecological product there is no presence of fertilizers, pesticides, synthetic additives or chemical preservatives. No chemical treatments or bleaching. Contains potassium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus, as well as B vitamins

Intake mode

It is recommended to pour 125 g of couscous, 1 tablespoon of oil and salt into a container and add 200g of boiling water. Stir with a spoon, cover and let it rest for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and season to taste.
