Cus Cus Whole Wheat Bio from Biográ is a very interesting food at an organoleptic and nutritional level. Wheat is part of the diet.

Indication

The slowly absorbed carbohydrates in cereals provide us with energy and vitality. This cereal has a large amount of dietary fiber.

Intake mode

Before cooking the couscous, it is recommended to toast a little until the color changes. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water with a pinch of sea salt. Turn off the heat and add a cup of couscous. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes so that the couscous absorbs the water. It can also be steamed, cooking for 5 to 10 minutes.
