Description

Biogra's Wild Rice Mix is not exactly a rice, although it looks very similar. Its grain is elongated and retains its dark-colored cover. It is rich in fiber and its flavor is slightly almond-shaped, very aromatic, and with a crisp texture.

Indication

Wild Rice Blend is gluten-free, but high in fiber. Its main component is starch, a carbohydrate. It contains vitamins and minerals in a proportion similar to brown rice, far superior to other rices such as normal white.

Intake mode

Cooking 40-45 minutes is recommended. Pour 1 part of mixture for 3 parts of water.
Can be used for soups, salads or dishes. Exquisite boiled or sauteed or stir-fried.

Storage conditions

Store cold + 4ºC.
