Developed to provide a balanced mix of cereals and legumes, this dish is the result of a subtle blend of semi-complete Thai rice, chickpeas, and split peas. Are you hungry? Indication
This recipe is made from the proportion necessary to make a balanced vegetarian dish: 1/3 of legumes and 2/3 of cereals. Result: a dish source of good proteins
Intake mode
It is recommended to rinse a volume of the mixture with cold water, bring to the boil 3 to 5 times the volume of salt water. Pour the mixture into the water then cook over medium heat for fifteen minutes. Drain and season to taste. It's ready !
