Indication

Semi-brown rice is distinguished from brown rice in that the most fibrous surface part of the grain has been removed through a friction system. It is the only rice with designation of origin that guarantees the consumer its origin and quality. Its quality is manifested in its exquisite flavor and hardness.

Intake mode

This rice needs more water than others for its special qualities, which means that more servings are obtained with the same amount of raw. Three or four measures of broth or water should be added for one of rice. Simmer for 20 minutes.
