Description
Priméal's risotto with porcini mushrooms invites you to make the star of Italian dishes: risotto. This preparation is made up of Arborio rice, a variety of Italian rice specially adapted for risotto. Each grain is infused with the flavor of porcini. The final mixture is creamy but retains a structure thanks to the rice grain that is very slightly crunchy.
