Red brown rice

Description

Vivibio red wholemeal rice is an oriental rice variety that is also grown in the Po Valley. Ideal for preparing risotto.

Intake mode

It is recommended to wash the rice and put it in a pan 1 part of rice, 2 parts of water and a little salt. Bring it to a boil and cook over low heat for about 35-40 minutes. Season to taste with oil, soy sauce or gomasio.
