    The cooking time indicated is a fair bit, you have to soak it. I do it with Kombu seaweed to soften it and without any problem.

Description

Biogra's Nerone rice is native to China and has a black color. According to Chinese tradition, this rice, also called, forbidden rice, was only cultivated to be consumed by the emperor and his court.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use to boil or make paellas, casserole rice, soups, salads or to accompany any dish. Approximate cooking time: 45 to 55 minutes. The ratio is 1-3 (1 glass of rice for 3 of water)

Precautions

Made in a workshop that uses traces of soy, nuts, cereals with gluten, dairy products and sesame.
