Description
Carnaroli Italian brown rice from La Finestra sul Cielo is a brown rice, Carnaroli rice starch is the richest in amylose, a substance that makes the grain consistent.
Intake mode
It is recommended to wash the rice and put 1 part of rice, 2 of water and a little salt in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 17-19 minutes. Season to taste with oil, soy sauce or gomasio. Ideal for risotto, appetizers, salads, side dishes, timbales and single dishes.
