Description
Fior di Loto white quinoa is a herbaceous plant typical of the Andean region of the same family as spinach and beetroot. Cultivated and consumed already 5000 years ago by pre-Colombian civilizations, it was defined by the Incas as "chisiya mama" mother of all seeds. Ideal for cold salads with seasonal vegetables, vegetable pies, meatballs, soups and soups.
Intake mode
It is recommended before use to rinse it well under running water. After rinsing it, toast a few minutes and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
