Biovitagral wholemeal pizzoccheri igp are wholemeal pizzoccheri prepared according to the traditional recipe of Valtellina.
Pizzoccheri are a variety of pasta prepared with buckwheat flour mixed with other flours typical of the Lombardy region in Valtellina. They resemble noodles, but have a color that turns towards gray. They are traditionally seasoned with butter, chopped potatoes, cabbage or chard, Valtellina Casera cheese, garlic and sage.
