Wholemeal penne russello

Description

Probios russello wholemeal penne are produced with ancient russello wheat, a variety grown in Sicily, with a tall stem and a characteristic reddish color from which it takes its name.

Indication

From the semolina of this wheat an excellent semolina is obtained which is used to produce this pasta, bronze drawn and slow drying, rich in fiber.
Available in 3 formats: spaghetti, penne and fusilli.

Intake mode

We recommend eating al dente.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of light and heat.
