Wheat pasta is rich in protein and high in fiber. Traditional method of "Trafilatura al bronzo". The cold mass is passed through bronze molds to obtain a more pleasantly rough and porous paste, ideal to absorb and exalt the sauces. Drying is carried out at low temperatures and long times, so as not to damage the valuable content of the cereal.
It is recommended to boil abundant water (1 lt / 100gr of pasta). When it starts to boil add sea salt.
Store in a cool and dry place preferably away from light and flour, rice or legumes.
