Description
Spaghetti di mare is a brown seaweed. They have a fleshy texture and a slightly sweet taste, its shape resembles that of spaghetti, from which it takes its name.
Indication
Sea Spaghetti belong to a complete line of certified organic seaweeds hand-picked in Europe and dried at low temperatures (within 38C °). All references are guaranteed gluten-free.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use once a week: rehydrated and cooked for 10 minutes: as a side dish for main courses. Rehydrated and added as an ingredient in cooking: soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, cous cous.
To rehydrate:
1) Soak in water for 20 minutes.
2) Drain and remove excess water.
3) Soak in clean water for 20 minutes.
4) Drain and remove excess water.
5) The weight of the seaweed increases 10 times.
Precautions
It may contain traces of crustaceans, molluscs and products based on molluscs and fish.
